Our salary & grids

Your salary is determined by your level.

Each level on our grid has one salary. No negotiation, no experience multiplier: one level, one salary. The level at which we make you an offer is defined during the hiring process and shared after the Alan Day.

No salary negotiation.

When you're interviewing at Alan, there's no room for salary negotiation because it wouldn't be fair to have Alaners with the same level of impact and contribution earning different salaries.

The grids below reflect our current compensation structure. We are transitioning to a simplified, impact-based framework launching in July 2026: one level, one salary, no experience multiplier.

If you receive an offer before July 2026, your salary is based on the current grid and will be automatically adjusted to the new grid on your first July payroll if applicable. You'll receive detailed information during onboarding.
