<aside> 2๏ธโƒฃ Your level will be defined during the hiring process through diverse technical exercises and shared after the Alan Day in case of a hiring offer.

<aside> 3๏ธโƒฃ Every year, on your work anniversary, you gain one year of work experience which is reflected as a salary increase according to our grid**.
