These rules of play govern the participation and use of Alan Play.

Alan Play is brought to you by Alan and is available to all members covered by Alan health insurance, via the Alan App.

By participating in Alan Play, you understand and agree to comply with the following Rules of Play.

You may stop using Alan Play at any time, by going directly through Alan Play settings, as detailed here.

🚶‍♀️What is Alan Play ?

Alan rewards you for staying active and healthy. Grow and collect berries 🫐 (our mascot's favorite treat) with every step you take, and take part in other healthy activities, like meditating, and mindful breathing exercises.

Exchange them for rewards – such as discounts in the Alan well-being shop ( 🇫🇷 only), donations to charities, or in-app goodies – and compete with your colleagues in challenges and leagues 🫐🎁

🏃 How do we count steps?

To count your steps, we rely on your phone or wearable device with a built-in step counter.
To sync your steps with Alan Play: We’ll ask for your permission in the App to get access to your built-in step counter (Apple Health for iOS, Health Connect for Android).
For your steps to be recorded so you can earn berries: 🫐
- For iOS, you’ll need to have your phone or a wearable device (connected to Apple Health) on you.
- For Android, you’ll need to have your phone or a wearable device (connected to Google Health Connect, and Health Connect connected to the Alan app) on you.
